The empowerment program is a kind of second home for children. But unlike at home where there is not always time,

Space or knowledge of how to help our children develop their wonderful ideas, here there is room for every idea and initiative of the children.

The goal of the program is to provide children with tools to build full trust in themselves and their environment, and to recognize their value and strengths.

Theirs to realize their ideas and fulfill their world just as every entrepreneur and idea thinker does.

Through an annual process in which children experiment with developing their various ideas, encountering life's challenges,

They acquire social and life skills and experience themselves in their full power - a sense of self-worth, confidence,

And the feeling of uniqueness in each and every child takes deep root in their souls and reshapes their consciousness and perception of reality.

The program includes:

• Individual work with each child on his/her idea.
• Life skills such as: carpentry, welding, gardening, music, and more.
• A round table where children come up with group ideas and work to realize them through teamwork.
• Experiential challenges, ODT, group empowerment
• Studying in a community
• Caring for free-range chickens

The program takes place on Mondays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
